With over 24 years’ experience as a Senior Manager in the television industry, I have led the production of over 2000 hours of broadcast content.  I have managed Heads of Departments, Production Executives, Line Producers and Production Managers whilst also working closely with MDs, Commissioners and Executive Producers on various projects in a wide range of genres including Entertainment (Studio, Outside Broadcast, Live), Game Show/Panel Show, Factual/Ob Doc, Reality (fixed rig, multi-cam), Features, Comedy, Drama, Children’s, Short-Form/Digital Scripted and Sport.  I have created first time series budgets, as well as restructuring returning series budgets. I have negotiated commissions ranging from millions of pounds to small low-cost / high volume series or one-off episodes.  In my management roles within various production companies and at the broadcaster UKTV, I have also led and run operations across production and development, finance and strategic planning, commercial and distribution, HR and Legal.
