Keaton would be a brilliant choice for anyone looking for a producer. I rate him incredibly highly and he'd always be one of the first people I'd turn to when crewing. I’ve worked with him many times on productions as well as a bunch of development and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

He's smart, tele-literate and very tenacious. He’s a brilliant maker, but also a gifted developer. I can honestly say I don't know anyone that produces great ideas at the rate Keaton does...and he always has interesting ways to approach the ideas he generates. He's also one of the best people finders and access negotiators I've ever worked with so will be more than capable of any casting or access you need. Whether your contributor is an ordinary member of the public or a world famous icon, they will instantaneously fall in love with him. His ability to get people onside and keep them there is something I constantly marvel at – just take a look at his contacts book and you’ll see what I mean.

Editorially, he is extremely sharp. He understands narrative and what makes a story and is able to operate across a broad range of subjects and genres. He's excellent at assimilating complex information and getting up to speed on a new topic extemely quickly, even if it's a subject he has no real experience with, and this gives him a malleability many producers don’t have. The cross genre nature of his credits is a testament to that.

He is equally adept at long form as he is short, as comfortable in documentary as he is in Specialist Factual. Recent years would also suggest he has a talent for advertising campaigns too! He's also done a tonne of fast turnaround film-making and live stuff - a lot of it with me - so understands the form and the unique time pressures that come with it. He shoots brilliantly, understands what it takes to build narratives and is capable of turning things around in super quick time.

In short, I think he's great. Editorially savvy and technically very adept. He'd make a great addition to any team...
