Josh was a fantastic member of the team on both productions I have had the pleasure to work with him on. He undertakes everything with a real air of positivity and genuinely cares about the programmes he is working on.

In his role as AP on Cilla: The Lost Tapes, Josh took on a multitude of responsibilities and dealt with organising international shoots as if it were the simplest thing in the world. Plus, his talent booking ensured we had the best possible interviewees on camera. In addition, Josh's research helped me a great deal when it came to conducting interviews, and in the edit. Working with Josh on shoots ensured contributors were at ease and everything ran smoothly.

I also worked with Josh on a fast turnaround current affairs doc for Channel 4: Australia on Fire: Climate Emergency. Josh's role on this was crucial in guaranteeing us great pictures for the programme as he reliably cleared and logged it and his excellent communication ensured the edits knew what was clear to use and what was best.

Josh would make a great member of the team on any production.
