I've spent over 17 years crafting engaging telly across factual entertainment and reality, working with everyone from Disney Plus/Nat Geo to E! Channel, ITV and Channel 4. You might know some of my work on TOWIE, The Ultimate Brocation, or that mad adventure I had filming '6'7" Natural Wonders of the World' with Peter Crouch and Abbey Clancy.

What I love most about this industry is turning rough ideas into programmes people can't stop watching. Whether I was shooting in the chaos of Cancun for Geordie Shore or piecing together raw emotions for Vice Media Group's "Mania," I've always thrived under pressure. I'm equally at home managing talent as getting stuck in with the crew, and I've got a keen eye for those special moments that make brilliant telly.

I've shepherded many programmes through to the edit, including Coach Trip, All Access Changi, and City Beats. While the creative side excites me, I'm also well-versed in the nuts and bolts of production - keeping the books balanced, looking after the crew, and ensuring we tick all the boxes for compliance and legal requirements.

I'm particularly proud of my work abroad, where I've managed to pull off some tricky shoots. Try filming a docu-soap in Singapore's Changi Airport or keeping up with Caribbean Cops in 40-degree heat! I'm handy with a camera, too. I shot some of Our First Gay Summer in Mykonos and was the SP, which was quite an adventure.

At the moment, I've developed nine reality formats for Genna Gibson at Channel 4 and had several meetings with her. I‘ve also got two reality formats with ITV and MTV, which I'm rather chuffed about. It shows I'm still bubbling with fresh ideas despite all these years in the industry.
