I was most recently Head of Production Talent for BBC Sport a position she held for nine years. At BBC Sport I managed a team of Resourcing, Business and Scheduling staff. During my most recent time at the BBC I established fair selection recruitment and led on the introduction of strength based interviewing. Previous posts I've held are Head of Production at an independent production company, Production Executive, BBC and I ran my own company, Production Partners, for twelve years offering Production Management services to independent broadcasters. I also won a National Training Award for developing, designing and delivering a media production scheme on behalf of EM Media and Screen Skills. She also continues to lecture at various universities on their degree and masters courses and is also a member of Inspiring the Future, an organisation that connects volunteers from the world of work with schools.
