As the Production Lead across Boom’s network slate, I look after a range of factual and factual-entertainment series from inception through to delivery for Channel 4, Channel 5, BBC, UKTV and ITV.

Juggling up to 8 titles at any one time that are in different stages of production, I work in a calm and efficient manner and remain organised and focused throughout, delivering multiple series on time and on budget.

Leading a team of PMs and PCs and working closely with my Executive Producers and Head of Production, I enjoy working in a high-pressured environment with fast-turnaround deadlines, often looking after series that have 6 edits running at the same time.

From fixed rig to PSC and studio to obs-doc, I can work in many different environments both in the UK and abroad.

Solving problems and coming up with solutions while remaining positive is a key strength of mine.

Working with high-profile talent and their agents, I can build a strong rapport at all levels.

As a great negotiator, I love moving numbers and schedules around to fit with the end goal. My passion is setting up a location for a long / intense filming period with lots of different elements and large crews to manage.

I have strong relationships with the commissioning, duty of care, legal and delivery teams at all the major broadcasters and have a wealth of knowledge in knowing what is required for casting and filming protocols both for sensitive subject matters and comedy/celebrity formats.

I look after the deliverables for both UK and international titles including supporting the sale of formats globally. Read Less
