I have produced shoots in some of the world’s most challenging environments — from glaciers in Patagonia to deserts in Mongolia — and I thrive under pressure, adapting to changing circumstances, solving problems fast and directing contributors, talent and crews to deliver the best stories.
My credits include both character-driven and high-profile, talent-led documentaries fronted by Nick Knowles, Robson Green and Sue Perkins, where I was responsible for scripting, forward planning and producing/directing contributors on location. I also have extensive experience in true crime, music documentaries, current affairs and history programming.
As a shooting producer I work with the Sony FX6 and FX3, and I’m experienced shooting MIVs, fast-paced actuality and lighting on location. I always shoot with the edit in mind. I also have separate credits as a Producer/Director on drama-documentary and factual programming.
I have an excellent track record in development, creating and pitching treatments that have won commissions from major UK broadcasters — including a travel strand that launched multiple series over the last four years.
As an Edit Producer, I have substantial experience structuring narratives, scripting voiceover and managing productions through to delivery. I’m proficient in Final Cut Pro.
I excel at story set-up, casting and gaining access — from the world’s best hotels and restaurants, to small-town US police departments, to eagle hunters in the Gobi Desert. I’m known for building trust quickly and maintaining strong relationships, handling sensitive or complex situations with confidence and diplomacy. I also have experience working with vulnerable contributors.
I possess an I-Visa valid until 2027, have first aid training and understand the importance of risk management for crew and contributors on location. Basic French, Spanish and Italian.
