www.alexveitch.comA creative DoP whose award-winning work spans features, TV dramas and commercials, Alex is Manchester and London based but works across the UK and internationally.Television drama has included his roles as Director of Photography for BBC3's Overshadowed; and second unit DoP and B camera operator on BBC1's critically acclaimed The Syndicate. He has worked as camera operator for Sky's Brassic and BBC2's The Other One.Features have included supernatural thriller Widows Walk (with Miranda Raison and David Caves). The film included significant underwater tank sequences, and Alex was awarded Best Cinematography at the Chelsea Film Festival New York for his work. Other features have included Point of Death (In Extremis) for which Alex received multiple nominations for his cinematography, From Bedrooms to Billions, and Entity.Shorts have ranged from the multi award-winning Mr Bojagi to the stop motion of Hello Kitty - Pomme Party, which was exhibited in the Japanese American National Museum, Los Angeles.
