Amanda was one of three researchers on the Casting team for The 100K Drop. The remit was to find over 180 couples to appear on the series of 60 episodes, which is a mammoth task. Amanda is very conscientious and keen to do a good job and she fitted in well with the rest of the team who had a mix of background and experience. She was great with contributors on the phone, at face to face auditions and in studio, making them feel at ease in a nervous and stressful environment. She spent days on the phone, making call after call with the same upbeat attention paid to each caller. She stepped up at auditions to host the game play and enjoyed her role in studio. Always smiling, she's a pleasure to have on a team.
