Senior Producer – Film, TV & Advertising

Senior Producer with over a decade of experience delivering high-end audiovisual and stills content across advertising, film, and TV platforms. I hold an MA from the Łódź Film School, and began my career in advertising and branded content, producing campaigns for global clients including Sony, Paramount International, and Universal.

I’ve worked in both in-house and freelance roles, serving as Senior Producer and Line Producer on commercial projects exceeding £500k, and acting as a line manager to junior producers and animators—bringing leadership and structure to diverse teams.

At agencies and production companies, I’ve line-produced large-scale photo and live-action shoots, including international productions, fully aligned with APA/IPA guidelines. I managed every stage of production—client comms, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, crew, and talent—serving as the key link between creative teams and execution.

I have led complex post-production workflows, working closely with internal and external partners including tech leads, art directors, editors, colourists, sound designers, 2D/3D animators, CGI specialists, and VFX artists. My ability to plan effectively and brief teams accurately ensures smooth delivery and creative integrity from start to finish.

At Sony Entertainment, I developed a strong technical foundation in post-production, motion graphics, and VFX—skills I now apply to both commercial and narrative projects. I currently serve as Co-Producer and Executive VFX Producer on Bram’s Lament, a stylised short produced with Kodak and Absolute Post (Adolescence, Poor Things, The Great), merging visual innovation with cinematic storytelling.

In my most recent role as Senior Producer at Substance Global, I led the end-to-end production of video, audio, digital, and immersive marketing campaigns for theatrical releases, TV, and streaming platforms—working with clients like Warner Bros., Disney+, Universal, Paramount International, and Paramount+. I specialised in multichannel content across:

On-air: TV, radio
Off-air: cinema, DOOH, AR/QR-enabled OOH
Digital: social media, online, AR filters, immersive VR
Owned media platforms

I bring deep expertise in end-to-end production management, leading complex international shoots and managing high-value campaigns from concept to delivery. Whether in-house or freelance, I operate seamlessly across borders—supported by dual UK/EU citizenship—with a strong command of industry standards, operational excellence, and risk management under pressure.


Film & Documentary
Alongside my commercial work, I am deeply engaged in international film and documentary production, with a growing slate of award-winning, socially-driven projects.

In 2023, I joined Seven Springs Pictures (Tehran), where I Executive Produced Mrs. Iran’s Husband (winner of Best Short Documentary at Hot Docs and Fribourg IFF, with over 20 international festival selections). I also served as Assistant Producer on Terrestrial Verses, selected for Un Certain Regard at the 76th Cannes Film Festival and named one of The Hollywood Reporter’s Top 10 Films of 2024.

I am hands-on across all stages of production—from script development, financing, and international co-productions to festival strategy, legal, and distribution. As a Line Producer, I’ve led shoots in high-risk or remote locations across Europe and Asia, managing budgets, negotiations, regulatory compliance, and crew operations. My work frequently explores urgent global issues, such as climate change, gender inequality, and child marriage, often with access to communities rarely represented on screen.

In 2022, I was named a Drum Awards Social Purpose Finalist for my role in an anti-violence campaign against women and girls. In 2024, I collaborated with Greenpeace and a female Pakistani director on a documentary project addressing the aftermath of Pakistan’s devastating 2023 floods.

I combine the strategic precision of a commercial producer with the creative depth of a filmmaker. I offer global vision, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to meaningful storytelling across formats, platforms, and audiences. Read Less
