JPM with experience working from development through to delivery of television production, primarily within specialist factual. Previous experience in post production houses, on location and theatre crew , providing a broad working knowledge of workflows to ensure a smooth supportive production. Passionate about Virtual Production and trained on workflows for this. SKILLS • Organising UK & International shoots (Experience with EU, US, Canada, Africa and Australia). • Generating shoot budgets and maintaining. • Sourcing, negotiating rates and contracting crew. • Booking kit globally. • Booking travel / accommodation and transport. • Obtaining location-filming permits. • Working with post-production facilities managing workflow, deliverables and meeting targets. • Writing call sheets, schedules, and RAs. • Post-production paperwork, (Inc. Discovery ID, BBC and Netflix) • Clearing archive and art rights and releases. • PO raising and coding, expense and float claims and reconciliations. Processing Invoices and BACs. • Transcribing and logging rushes, fact checking and annotating scripts, creating VO scripts. • IT Proficient including Microsoft Office / Adobe CS / accounting systems. • Broad working knowledge of VFX pipelines and emerging technologies (VP / XR ) • First Aid, Covid procedures and Mental Health Awareness trained.
