Tom filmed, produced and directed four brilliant episodes of a brand new series for UKTV and BBC Select and absolutely knocked it out of the park. He is a talented, diligent and positive leader with a fantastic attitude and commitment. I would work with him again in a heartbeat.

Tom is an exceptional location director. On our world-first expeditions in places like Gabon, Krygystan and the Arabian desert, he was capable of thinking on his feet, coming up with new plans by the second as events evolved. On more high-production value projects he has shown a filmic eye and cine-literate brain, with his own unique aesthetic. He's brilliant at selecting, unifying and motivating a team, under extreme pressure and in remote environments. Tom was a PD on two productions for us this year. On both he tirelessly worked to create outstanding programmes, was completely unflappable, and managed his crews brilliantly. Monty Halls

Tom worked as a Series Director and self-shooter (A Cam) on two 13 x 30' adventure / travel / cookery series, filmed throughout Africa, and a third 10 x 60' series filmed around the world in Africa, Latin America and Asia. The latter series involved filming in extreme climates and dangerous terrain, with a skeleton team, on a tight schedule and budget. Tom consistently produced the goods - both visually and narratively - and has three series he can be proud of to his name. I look forward to working with him again.
