Rob has worked as a Series PD and PD for OSF several times and is one of our 'go to' directors for our specialist factual and popular natural history output. He's hugely creative, great in the edit, lovely to be around, super organised and always unflappable. He knows good music, and has a great sense of humour which always comes across in his films. He really understands how to get tricky science ideas across in a popular, accessible way and knows how to tell a story. Always a huge pleasure to work with.
When I need to put together a team I have a pretty short list of people who manage to be creative, technically accomplished, knowledgable and, perhaps most important, a great person to have around. Rob is at the top of that very short list; he's a great writer, a resourceful and creative director and he possesses a sound narrative sense. Recommended!
