I have had the pleasure of working closely with Luke as an Executive Producer, and I can confidently say that when they created the mould for a TV Executive Producer, Luke cracked it open, broke it apart and stamped on it and redesigned what the industry really needs. Luke's passion for making high quality TV is spectacular to witness .
Luke is a natural leader and will bring out the best in his team, making sure that every production he oversees is executed with precision and excellence, on budget and on time. (well that's what he told me!!!!)
On a personal level I have known Luke for about 18 months, I know it might be a bit of a cliche, but I can quite honestly say I now consider him a friend for life.
Luke's creativity and experience were a brilliant asset to the production and he was completely on board with our vision for the content and delivered exactly to brief. A real delight to work with, Luke's positivity and friendly manner helped get the best out of the new talent we were working with, as well as the crew working remotely on set.
Luke is an all rounder , a fantastic shooter , amazing with contribs and clear thinking editorially . He can edit , has a strong visual sense and will produce an item or sequence to make it really work
