ENTERTAINMENTOver the years I have worked across a range of entertainment formats, including primetime reality, gameshows and others. This has included programming for air in various timeslots in the Australian, UK and US markets. This has been both as an offline and online editor as well as a colourist. I have also helped out with graphics issue that came up in the edit. I have spent years trying to find the right balance between sport and entertainment, and have found the speed required for sport has made me an asset to entertainment productions, where quick decision making can offer fast solutions.
SPORTOver my career I have been involved in a huge number of sports productions, and have made a name for myself in the world of football and multisport events. My involvement in sport has seen me work in various capacities on seven FIFA Men’s World Cups, two FIFA Women’s World Cups, five UEFA European Championships, four Asian Games, three Rugby World Cups, three Wimbledon tournaments, two Summer Olympics, two Paralympics, one America’s Cup and numerous other one off programmes, magazine shows and live sports events. I work in various roles in sport from onsite editing, to project planning and edit support. Sport frequently involves a complete delivery, including grading, audio to broadcast standards and even graphics. I am comfortable delivering programming to comply with internationally recognised standards.

PROJECT CONSULTING & LEAD EDIT ROLESI have been involved at a consultant level with a number of large sporting projects, planning workflows and evaluating technology for large events. In addition to consultation in forward planning I am often hired as lead editor on these jobs, ensuring everyone understands the workflow and requirements of the edit. Projects include the 2006, 2010, 2011 and 2014 Asian Games, the 2012, 2016, 2020 & 2024 Euros, the 2006, 2010, 2014, 2018, 2022 and 2026 FIFA World Cups, the 2013 and 2017 Confederations Cup, and the 2012 London Paralympic Games.
TECHNICALOver the years I have worked on a huge range of equipment and software, from linear edits, through light works, and Avid to the full Adobe Suite. My technical knowledge has seen me work with a number of companies including Adobe, EVS and Maxon, helping them with suggestions and enhancements to further improve their software offerings.
On the editing side I primarily use Avid and Adobe Premiere to a high standard, and over the years have provided training to others in both. I am familiar with Davinci resolve but have not used it professionally.
On the graphics side I an extremely comfortable with Adobe After Effects, but also know my way around Fusion.
I am also at a high level of experience with the Red Giant Complete tool set, and as well as being a proficient user of all the tools, I work for Maxon providing training to others around the world. On behalf of Maxon I have provided training to Discovery US & UK, Major League Baseball (US), The Canadiens Hockey, Oklahoma City Thunder, New York Mets, Minnesota Timberwolves, Global, CBS Sports NY, Disney, ZDF and others. I also work Maxon creating presets and making suggestions in making the software tools better.
LOCATIONI am based in West London and can commute easily. I am also available for international jobs almost anywhere, and have so far worked in a number of different countries. I also have a full suite at home with Avid and the full Adobe Suite, along with Red Giant Complete. My suite features a 10bit monitor for grading work, 6tb of storage running at over 2000mb/s, high quality audio monitoring and high speed internet, perfect for remoting into facilities.
