I’ve been working in TV since 2003. I joined the BBC in 2000 as a radio producer before moving into TV as a broadcast journalist in current affairs and factual programmes three years later. I've been a shooting PD since 2010, and freelance since 2015. My track record includes producing, directing, shooting and editing observational and historical documentaries, specialist factual programmes and popular factual series and singles, mostly 30 and 60 minutes, with credits across all BBC channels, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Netflix. I’ve completed shoots all over the UK, plus Europe, the USA (I hold a current iVisa valid until 2027), Asia and Africa. I enjoy the challenge of generating ideas, crafting scripts and shaping stories. Having worked within teams of all sizes, to a range of budgets and deadlines, I’m confident in getting the best from people on both sides of the camera.
