I have specialised in media law for over 25 years, including four years as a partner in the media team at Goodman Derrick LLP. I am one of the founding partners of Media Compliance Services LLP and for the past twelve years we've advised independent producers on all aspects of legal and regulatory compliance. I deal with all aspects of non-contentious and compliance work relating to television content and broadcasting. I also advise on a wide variety of media law matters including: defamation, privacy, contempt, copyright and breach of confidence. I also advise our clients on the ramifications and practical impact of the Ofcom Broadcast Code.
