I have worked in development and production at Rare TV since 2012 where I head UK development. I have created, developed and successfully pitched a huge number of programmes over the years including ‘Chitty Flies Again’ for Channel 4, ‘The River: A Year in the Life of the Tay’ with Helen Macdonald for BBC Four, ‘King Arthur’s Britain: The Truth Unearthed’ with Alice Roberts for BBC Two (which I also produced), ‘The Nile: Egypt's Great River’ with Bettany Hughes for Channel 5 and Contagion!: The BBC Four Pandemic for BBC Four.I oversee the development team and the whole slate including specialist factual, documentary and popular factual ideas.
