Started at the BBC then worked in the independent sector for numerous companies as a PD and series producer, then executive producer in charge of development at Ricochet, where I took numerous ideas from pitch to commission. Strong on formats, very strong on scripting, both originating and fixing existing ones, very organised and used to running large teams, equally happy working solo.
