Profile: Over the last two decades I have won multiple BAFTA, Royal Television Society and Broadcast Awards, producing, and directing some of the best loved television shows on TV and streamers whilst also making content for the world’s biggest networks.
My experience has been forged in the disciplines of factual and entertainment. I have run everything from large live multi-camera studio shoots, such as Coldplay live at Radio City Music Hall for NBC, all the way to emotional observational documentary on cancer wards for Stand Up to Cancer, and shepherding European formats onto Chinese TV.
I have delivered on some of the most ambitious and audacious projects on terrestrial television including Derren Brown’s Apocalypse and have worked closely with talent including Bradley Cooper, Gwyneth Paltrow, Kylie Minogue, Mark Gatiss, MIck Jagger, Chris Martin, Davina McCall and Gary Lineker.
Day-to-day I work for networks, steamers and theatre companies budgeting, scripting, and delivering gripping editorial. I recently scripted and will direct Limitless with Chris Hemsworth for Disney. I am responsible for delivering the editorial in a bold and innovative visual style, while paying very close attention to the budget.
I always look forward to the opportunity to inspire the team right from the inception of a project, and I am adept at engaging with an idea in a fresh and creative way, ensuring the most effective editorial structure and compelling narrative.
As series producer I have a proven track record for the construction and oversight full production schedule and budget on shows shot from LA to Gaza.
Before I became a series producer and director, I spent years as an editor working on longform documentary delivering multi-layered, emotionally engaging TV series. During that time, I developed a sophisticated understanding of structure and compelling narratives, a skillset I depend on every day when working with editorial and post.
Having a grounding in post-production has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of all edit, audio, VFX software and camera equipment.
Through this experience I have developed a reputation for creating visually ambitious shows integrating multi-layered narratives with graphics and VFX. Ensuring every show I work on employs the latest technology, guaranteeing a premium visual style.
I have filmed all over the world and have great relationships with talent, all the major broadcasters, networks, and brands across the globe.
