I have over 20 years’ experience across a wide range of reality, structured reality and talent-led follow doc formats for major networks in the UK, US and Australia. Extensive streamer experience having overseen shows for Netflix, Amazon Prime and Paramount +. 

Specialising in first series (The Heat, Married To The Game, Olivia Meets Her Match, Blowing LA, The Real Dirty Dancing, The Bachelor AU), I can confidently manage every stage of the process from development to delivery and have secured recommissions on multiple projects. 

My strengths are found all across the reality spectrum, whether it’s finetuning format or structuring an obs doc series, unearthing the next reality star or managing existing talent, I have a proven track record of delivering ambitious projects on time and on budget.

I am particularly strong in post, comfortable managing multiple edits, setting style and tone and crafting story, commissioning graphics and managing relationships with stakeholders.
