I am presently at Wildflame Productions working on unscripted fact entertainment. I have delivered a 6 x 60-minute series and a 1 x 90-minute documentary for Channel 5, along with a series of features for BBC One’s The One Show.
A career highlight was working as a Mulitcam EVS Producer for Olympic Broadcast Services at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, covering all equestrian sports.
I was a Production Manager at BBC Studios and completed 15 episodes, including a series finale, of Casualty for BBC One.
I did a week as a Features Producer for BBC Sport at the 2023 Burghley Horse Trials.
Prior to this, I was an unscripted fact-ent Production Manager at Outline Productions. Credits there include Michel Roux’s Christmas in Provence Special (Discovery Channel / Food Network), Michel Roux’s Provence Masterclass S03 – 5 Episodes (Discovery Channel / Food Network) and Sarah Beeny’s New Country Lives S01 – 20 Episodes (Channel 4).
Previously, I was Head of Production at Equine Productions, a creative agency specialising in equestrian sport and content. My experience went across roles as a business-minded HoD, Production Manager, and Producer.
Prior to this, my background in brief is an undergrad degree in French and Spanish (Durham), Masters in Broadcast Journalism (City of London), 7 years working in TV in London - BBC Sport, Sky Sports News, creative agency BDA and production company Pretzel Films. I then moved into equestrian sport / features in 2013 as Senior Producer on the FEI (International Equestrian Federation) account at MBPtv, following which I was selected to move with the account to IMG where I was for two years.
I was a founding member of the live, broadcast and digital sides of FEItv and developed the product both in terms of production workflow and editorially to make it what it is today. I was Project Manager & Senior Edit Producer on the FEI's successful Rio 2016 Olympic broadcast campaign during which I managed a team to produce high-end internationally distributed documentary films, features and profiles. The equestrian TV journey took me all around the globe, to major championships and gave me experience in all parts of TV from pre to post, live to features.
My strengths lie in my interpersonal and communication skills. I love working with crew, and pride myself in good management, securing trust and respect bringing the best out in people. I thrive in a team environment, and love nurturing and motivating people through a project from end to end, concept to delivery. I have a particular strength in allocating responsibilities where best placed in order to optimise the quality of work. I am experienced in managing large budgets and schedules, but also really enjoy the analytical side of things in order to report on progress and performance, and drive results.
Alongside my excellent people skills, I believe my biggest strengths are work ethic, attention to detail and ability to deliver under pressure, plus boundless energy and doing everything with a smile!
