My strengths lie in shaping and carrying a series from commission to delivery- negotiating and maintaining access, casting, scripting and shooting right through to the edit where I am adept at building sequences, scripting and storytelling having cut 50+ hours of programming and managing the stitch. 

Whilst the majority of my experience is in factual content, from high volume daytime programmes, to property, to blue light, I love working on new commissions and tricky or sensitive access and would be keen to explore other genres, particularly obs doc.

I am not phased by compliant heavy, sensitive content or arranging access to organisations, individuals and locations and excel when it comes to building and maintaining relationships with contributors. I pride myself on my sound editorial judgement, quick thinking and problem solving, creating a good working environment and being able to manage teams and drive editorial decisions.

Additionally I am a competent shooter, FS7 or C300 and have plenty of experience when it comes to directing crews and managing teams on location.
