I worked with Kate on two fast turnaround archive docs. Her communication was fantastic so the fact that she was working remotely had no impact on production.

She was fast, sourced (and suggested) some great archive and had an active role in negotiating better deals with the archive houses.

Kate also suggested contributors and locations and did a great job directing two master interviews.

I appreciated Kate's optimistic, upbeat attitude and the fact that she saw bumps in the road as challenges rather than problems.

I had the pleasure of working with Kate on my feature length scripted drama doc Wallis: The Queen that Never Was for Channel 5. Kate was pivotal in finding a wonderful array of contributors and then closely liaising with them and briefing them on the show, then setting up filming. Kate was also a great sounding board during team discussions of the story narratives, putting forward great ideas, and then later with sourcing suitable archive material.
