I love being part of a team, large and small, managing and supporting everyone while always creating a happy nurturing environment. I am in my element running live galleries, love being on location with big set ups or with one camera and a minimal crew. My skills include - producing, directing, commissioning graphics, set, props and music, casting contributors and actors, crewing up, writing scripts, developing ideas, edit producing, and working on big talent-led productions from initial develpopment pitch to screen and into the edit, all while staying on budget.
I am great at dealing with both contributors who've never been on television and high end talent. I'm incredibly organised and very passionate about television, working in it and watching it. I work hard, bringing creativity and experience to every project, while collaborating with and supporting the rest of the team to deliver the best possible results.
I am always keen to nurture and support less experienced team members, especially those from underrepresented backgrounds, as I am very proud of my own, having grown up on a council estate, raised by a single mum and working to get a job at C4 straight out of school.
