I have worked with Emma as a Series Producer on the last two series of Hunted. She is exceptional - very talented, hard working and a pleasure to have on the team. Emma's role involved employing and managing a large team, casting and being across both a large scale shoot and multiple edits. Emma brings a wealth of experience to the table and has a strong editorial nose and understands what you need from root in finding a great cast through to how to produce and tell the best stories. She meets challenging and tricky situations with calmness and always has a plan b and knows how to get the best out of the team and the contributors. She is tenacious, organised with a playful sense of humour and a bucketful of creative ideas. She's liked and respected across the board and would be an asset to any series she works on.
