Sara is an excellent, efficient, and creative worker. She is able to take ownership of a situation and resolve issues on her own initiative. I have complete confidence handing a project to Sara. She is also good at pushing her own abilities, and taking direction. She is great with people, being warm and sensitive but also able to lead and get what is needed. One of Sara's strengths is her organisational skills which mean she installs confidence in those working with her. She recently took on a project which required her to act above her job title and she did so with great maturity. She is also fun and popular with her colleagues.
