I have over Twenty years experience of working in the media industry, and have developed a broad understanding of both the Live and the Post Production parts of the industry, especially new formats. I have excellent interpersonal skills and am able to motivate the team to ensure that morale is high throughout the stressful times of tight delivery deadlines. During such times I remain calm and focused. I am an exceptionally efficient, organised person and have learnt the importance of good communication skills.
