Chloe was my AP on Hairy Bikers Chicken and Egg. She was responsible for research, set up and shoot for Episode 2 of the series, set in France. The Hairy Bikers is a big operation, both from a journalistic, talent management and logistical point of view.

From the outset Chloe relished the challenge of having a high degree of responsibility. I discovered very early that she had good editorial judgement and was highly motivated, so she gained increasing liberty to develop new stories and narratives.

This research effort resulted in a very full but superbly organised recce trip. What was particularly pleasing was that Chloe was fully engaged at all times, both with the editorial and the logistics. We developed a strong rapport in terms of building the story and brainstorming treatments. She is a fantastic collaborator with an endless supply of energy. She is also great with contributors and deals fairly, decently and transparently with all partners.

A particularly important relationship was with our Fixer. Building this relationship proved challenging, but she was able to manage the situation professionally and make sure roles were clear and the partnership was effective.

The set up for the shoot was highly complex, involving numerous props, motorcycles, re-locations all across France, outside cooking and difficult access. Chloe was tireless and ultimately the shoot ran fantastically.

Chloe was the best AP I have worked with and would unreservedly recommend her.
