A confident producer director with self-shooting skills, I have worked in natural history television since 2007. During this time I have directed shoots on a variety of programmes including A Year on Planet Earth, Planet Earth II, Springwatch and Natural World, and successfully completed shoots of five and eight months filming in the Antarctic and sub-Antarctic.

My love of birds and commitment to conservation led to the development of Malta: Massacre on Migration and Cyprus: Massacre on Migration, independent campaigns with Chris Packham focused around daily diaries uploaded to YouTube from the field. I spent two years leading investigations into conservation issues around the world, producing films and footage that has been presented to parliaments and used by NGOs and other organisations to influence change.

My greatest passion is penguins and the wildlife of Antarctica. I enjoy sharing this with people through film work, guiding and participation in independent expeditions to help further science.

I am a good team player but also work well alone and have experience of working with a diversity of cameras and technology. I aim to create powerful films and sequences that evoke emotion. Read Less
