In the 9 years since I started working in this industry, I have been fortunate enough have been a part of some amazing productions. I have been able to tell some incredible stories and it is this love for storytelling that drives my ambition as a programme maker and is at the heart of everything I do. It encourages me to dig deeper into research and get more creative in order to find new and exciting ideas, unique characters and narratives that will hopefully entertain, engage and perhaps challenge the viewer. Thanks to the projects I have worked on, I have extensive experience in overseas production – often remote, organising and managing complex logistics and working with celebrity talent and whilst my career is largely based in production and in particular, anthropological and environmental journalism, I believe the skills I have developed in content creation, organisation and team management would make me an asset to any genre of production. I have a deep love for wild, remote and extreme places and am fascinated by the cultures that call them home. This interest has taken me backpacking, climbing and travelling all around the world including, New Zealand, South East Asia, Indonesia, North Africa, Europe and Mongolia.
