I'm an experienced self-shooting Producer/Director and have worked extensively in the UK and abroad and sometimes in hostile environments. For over 20 years I've worked predominantly in Broadcast TV: specialist factual, current affairs and factual entertainment for the BBC and independent production companies on a range of styles and formats from hard hitting singles to light hearted formats. I speak four languages fluently (English, French, Spanish and Italian) and am excellent with people from Government officials to contributors in extremely sensitive and vulnerable positions. I direct crews and self-shoot (though have suffered a shoulder injury so only shoot on occasion) and I have a lot of development, script-writing and edit producing experience. I also independently make films for broadcast - including an Al Jazeera English People and Power as well as a documentary film following aid workers into Syria. Read Less
