I’m a thoughtful and tenacious Producer with extensive experience across documentary, popular and specialist factual television, workingin casting, development and story-producing roles. Over time, my work has increasingly focused on contributor welfare, particularly onprojects involving sensitive access, complex emotional landscapes or vulnerable participants, while retaining a strong grounding in warmer,people-led formats.

I’m known for my empathy, sound editorial judgement and instinctive people skills, and I take pride in building trust and handling humanstories with care, clarity and integrity. I enjoy stretching different editorial muscles across genres — from access-led investigations andemotionally demanding productions to lighter formats — bringing a clear understanding of tone and responsibility to every project.

Having worked across large and lean teams, in the UK and internationally, I’m equally comfortable directing on a rig, leading casting teams,or working independently on early-stage development and sensitive access.
