As an accomplished Producer/Director and Edit Producer, I have recently stepped up to the role of Series Director. In this new capacity, I continue to bring my creativity, adaptability, and organisational skills, whilst also taking on greater responsibilities for the overall success of a production.

Leadership is a crucial part of this role and in managing a team of directors, I have strengthened my communication skills. I aim to inspire and I am keen to provide constructive feedback and suggestions. I encourage an open dialogue with my team to ensure that we are all working towards the same goal. I enjoy working on various genres, including observational documentaries, factual entertainment, and features.

My ability to connect with people from all walks of life and navigate both light-hearted and sensitive subjects with care and professionalism has been a key asset in my previous roles, and I intend to apply those same skills as a Series Director. One of my key strengths is my ability to craft compelling stories that engage and captivate audiences. I have a solid understanding of story development, I am adept at casting contributors, securing access, and managing complex location shoots both locally and internationally.

As an experienced Edit Producer, I am able to bring out the best in characters and story-lines to create impactful and thought-provoking content. I am a confident script writer, adept at providing structure and flow, whilst adapting tone to meet the desired style of programme or series. I am a creative problem solver and will provide intelligent solutions to any challenges that may arise.

Furthermore, I am competent in using Avid Media Composer to provide sync pulls and transfer data. In addition, I am technically proficient, with experience operating Sony FX9, FS7 and Canon C300 cameras. My degree in Engineering ensures that I am up to date with the latest equipment and technology, and I can provide technical support on set as needed.
