I had the pleasure of working with Victoria at the BBC Natural History Unit, BBC Studios, on our 3x60' Mexico landmark nature series for BBC2 and PBS which transmitted in May 2017, for which I was the series producer . Victoria produced the opening episode about the mountains of Mexico, which involved very careful storytelling, scripting, scheduling and directing (sometimes in very testing field conditions), and getting the right balance between natural history, landscape and people stories and all to the commissioner and co-producer expectations, Victoria is a very creative thinker, but also very practical and organised, and she built a good rapport with the production team and camera talent, as well as our fixers, scientists and field assistants in Mexico, and with our picture editor in Post. This film was Victoria's first full hour long episode as a producer, and she has made an excellent film. I would strongly recommend her.
