I'm currently a Social Media Executive for a large online retailer but wish to pursue my career in television. My recent experience includes coordinating shoots for social content. In addition, I worked with BBC Science and Factual to assist senior production coordinators on more complex shoots such as Amazing Humans and Sister. I have experience with working with cost reports and the BBC Gateway systems. As the department’s PC, I ensure all post production paperwork has been published and completed to BBC standard. I have experience working with many productions, both planning them from the office and working on them first hand, such as self-shooting or as a boom operator. I completed the Production Apprenticeship Scheme for the BBC in 2017, which is a 12-month scheme allowing apprentices to work across a range of areas within the BBC, from TV to radio. This scheme also involved balancing college study and bespoke training from the BBC Academy with my daily job role and workload. Read Less
