Multi-award winning Writer, Director and Series Producer with over twenty years of experience across a huge variety of programming.Despite a distinct lack of Natural History background, over the last five years I have developed and delivered a number of hugely successful series for the world renowned BBC Natural History Unit.These include BBC2’s ‘World’s Weirdest Events’, the Wildscreen Panda winning Series ‘Secrets of Bones’​ ​for​ ​BBC4 and most recently, along with writing partner Stu Garlick, the number one hit series ‘The Zoo’ for CBBC and DHX Media.Prior to joining the BBC, I worked for Endemol, MTV, TWI, Mill Film and Darlow Smithson - delivering outstanding content across genres as diverse as comedy, entertainment, sport, documentaries and feature​ ​films.I have numerous awards to my name from RTS, TRIC, NTA, Wildscreen, TV Quick, and AIB and was even part of the Oscar winning visual effects team that brought Ridley Scott’s ‘Gladiator’​ ​to​ ​life.
