I began my career in 2012 working as a Production Runner for NBC’s Today Show at the London Olympic Games. This was to be the first of five Olympic Games with the Today Show - I was invited back to the Rio de Janeiro Games as a Bilingual Production Runner before being promoted to Production Coordinator for the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics in 2018, the postponed 2020 Tokyo Games and the 2022 Bejing Winter Olympics. 

After the Rio Olympics I was offered a News Traineeship at NBC’s London Bureau. Upon completion I was kept on as a Desk Editor and regular Assistant Producer for the Today Show and Nightly News. At the end of 2017 I worked as a contributing producer for On Assignment with Richard Engel, including its Emmy-nominated episode ‘The Fall of Mosul’.

In 2018, after two years working as a freelance audiovisual translator for Barfly, I took on a permanent role at the company, a strategic consultancy for the drinks industry who work primarily through film. As their in-house Producer-Editor I was responsible for producing and editing their video output, liaising with production teams all over the world and directing UK-based shoots.

I speak three languages fluently, having graduated from the University of Nottingham with a first class joint honours degree in Portuguese and Spanish. Some other notable credits have included translating and writing subtitles for a Netflix documentary, editing a podcast series for philanthropist and author Elizabeth Filippouli and producing two online panel events for non-profit organisation Athena40, both of which were broadcast to a global audience on YouTube

In 2022 I took a permanent position with the BBC World Service in their Marketing team which I have thoroughly enjoyed, however I am looking to make the jump back into production. I am an outgoing, enthusiastic individual looking for work at Production Coordinator level.  Read Less
