I've worked with Andy on international BBC current affairs docs, factual entertainment, Ch4 features and home-make over shows. In every genre and to every project he's brought his trademark wit and creativity, great technical skill, masterful storytelling and a total understanding of audience. With that comes bags of enthusiasm, a reassuring confidence and a refreshing sense of optimism and humour even under extreme pressure. Oh, and he's quick too. He really is one of the best out there.
