More recently  I have been working as an Agent -with off screen talent setting up and running Stern& WIld's  Entertainment and Fact Ent rosta of showrunners, studio directors, Creative directors and Executive Producers.

I now run my own off screen talent agency Trilogy Talent www.trilogytalent.co.uk specialising in Executive Producers, Showrunners, Directors and Development Execs in comedy, live events, music , entertainment and fact ent,  I have built up an envible rosta of over 20 clients and represent them for all new work.

 I continue to  freelance in Talent Management,booking on screen talent and development roles securing on screen talent on a project to project basis. Most recently attaching a list talents to a Grime music doc propsal for Apple , Psycadelic drugs and antiques !  for Channel 4 .I joined Curve Media in talent development as well as casting Sex in Lockdown for Channel 4 over lockdown .I enjoy sourcing new on screen talent for factual and factual entertainment projects, as well as securing high profile names for new entertainment formats. From pilot through to returning prime time series I enjoy working with in-house development teams sourcing, suggesting and attaching on screen talent to new projects. Predominantly prime time projects but have also worked on several non-broadcast charity events . BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5, Sky, MTV, Discovery . Keen to use transferable skills in a new role.
