I am a very experienced, dynamic, mutli-genre show runner, with credits in high-end studio entertainment, reality, factual entertainment, live, music, comedy and quiz shows. I am naturally used to overseeing all budgetary, legal, compliance, welfare and health and safety issues in close collaboration with my production management peers. I also have an excellent, well-honed skillset in producing on-screen talent. Having worked on a huge variety of shows, I have an innate understanding of what is achievable at tariff and can adapt accordingly to satisfy the broadcaster's price point. I thoroughly enjoy the running of large shows, the building of those editorial teams and have worked on many first series, often taking ideas from page to screen. All this has helped develop the necessary emotional intelligence required to manage and retain large production teams and steer shows to success and recommission.
