I've worked with Alex over many years on multiple BBC and Indie projects. He's a great editor, with a really strong editorial understanding, every cut becomes a collaboration and he always comes up with innovative ideas and new ways of viewing the material. Alex always goes the extra mile whether it's a short film or a long form documentary and I've always been happy with the end result. Also he's also a nice guy to spend time in an edit suite with.
I have had the good fortune of working with Alex on multiple shows over the past couple of years and it has always been a pleasure. He is extremely reliable and conscientious, not to mention very creative. He is both collaborative and independent which is a real boon, especially when time is limited on a project. It is reassuring to know that he can be left to get on with things but is more than happy to come together to work through any challenges.
