Creative storyteller who works by being positive, inclusive and compassionate. I excel at directing contributors and talent, also following through into the edit on fast turnaround shows such as The One Show but also slower paced like BBC Bitesize. I am passionate about uncovering stories from often missed and marginalised communities that provide new, unheard experiences that challenge society’s thinking: from a dater on First Dates whose appearance and race made her seem intimidating to potential lovers, to BBC Bitesize where I highlighted the intersectional nature of race and LGBTQIA+ issues.

A strong caster, working on shows like Too Hot To Handle (Netflix), First Dates (C4) and The Great British Bake Off (C4), I’ve proven my ability to build relationships with contributors quickly to allow them to trust me with their story. On First Dates I’ve cast engaging characters that featured on the Valentine’s Day special in 2021. Creative writing has always been my passion and shown in my script writing and development ideas - starting my career in ITV Studio’s entertainment development team as an intern, I came up with the device for the shiny floor entertainment show Meet The Parents that sold internationally after one series.
