I had the pleasure of working with Adam as we sailed across the Mediterranean Sea for Ch5's observational series, The Cruise. As the series story producer, I'd be handing over a range of human stories to Adam, the shooting PD - often last minute as we reacted to unfolding events on the ship. Adam demonstrated a natural warmth and enthusiasm to take any challenge in his stride, always considering how best to creatively unfold the events to create jeopardy, build contributor characterisation and develop the story arc. Plus, as we were on a unique access location - aboard a ship in the middle of the sea! - it was a joy to work with him as he supported the wider team and lifted crew energy. I look forward to working with Adam again!
Adam is a hard-working, intelligent, and pragmatic producer who really gets story. Working together in the Yukon, he coped extremely well with the pressures of working with big personalities in a rugged environment. He's a great team player, always there to lend a hand, offer story ideas, and he's a real problem solver. I'd jump at the chance to work with him again.
