I'm a versatile producer with a proven track record of edit producing and casting factual entertainment / popular factual formats and features, open to EDIT PRODUCER, SENIOR CASTING/WELFARE PRODUCER AND CASTING EXECUTIVE ROLES. I also want to bring together my skillset into a Series Producer role in the not too distant future.

As a highly experienced Edit Producer, I'm creative, hard working and reliable. I possess sound editorial judgement and a good eye for a story, with strong scripting skills and attention to detail. I'm capable of producing fast turnaround series for both UK and US broadcasters, dealing with compliance issues whilst keeping to tight schedules, archive and budgets. I also enjoy the challenge of taking on and researching new subject areas, leaving no stone unturned to give viewers the best factual take away possible.

As a Senior Casting Producer, I've led teams to oversee the casting of thousands of characterful contributors with impactful stories, for some of the UK's most successful formats, including Dragons' Den, The Apprentice, Undercover Boss, House Doctor, The Profit and Buy It Now. I am a strong leader and adept at managing teams to deliver diverse contributors, experts, and on-screen talent across various genres.I am devoted to inclusivity and proactively sourcing contributors from underrepresented groups. As a qualified Mental Health First Aider and Senior Welfare Producer on primetime series like The Apprentice, The Circle, and Gordon Ramsay's Future Food Stars, I am passionate about providing compassionate and transparent contributor care throughout the entire production process.

As a Forward Planning / VT Producer, I draw experience from my early career at BBC Radio 5 Live and newsround, where the daily pressure of fast turn around broadcast / filming, embedded a phone bashing mindset in me and gave me the skills to persuade, research subject matter and schedule filming quickly. As a result, I enjoy managing shoot setup and creating complex filming schedules. In previous similar roles on BBC 1's 'Home Away From Home' and Channel 5's 'House Doctor', I oversaw the shoot schedules, editorial and team movements across the two high volume series. On Channel 4's 'Buy It Now', my Producer role not only involved casting 100+ contributors and dealing with all of the compliance challenges of a new series, but helping to oversee the on-screen editorial for each contributor and being across the scheduling of filming days, working alongside the SP, Exec and Production Manager. I also was the main point of contact for the 'talent' on the series during filming. I have experience in compliance, building trust / maintaining good relationships with contributors, managing access with talent and organisations, welfare and shoot setup.

- Experienced in domestic and international filming (China, Vietnam, Thailand).

- Editing: Proficient in Avid, Adobe Premiere and Final Cut. Competent with remote edit software, including Forscene, Remotix, and Blackbird.
