Hayden is a rare find - someone who is as talented directing as he is producing. He did both brilliantly as Series Producer/Director on The Real Full Monty, a job where creativity, good team management and a clear head across multiple shoots whilst liaising with the concurrent edits were key to delivering a successful series. Hayden has a great eye, whether it is self-shooting or directing a crew, offering a clear vision for the team and had a great rapport with the contributors, using tact and humour to draw out their stories. Crucially he is also flexible and resourceful, key skills when dealing with the challenges and vagaries of making a show during covid, Hayden is a dream to work with and I would recommend him highly.
