My ambition for the future is to become a TV and film producer, ultimately to start my own production company. I want to create work that focuses on issues that are important to me such as women’s rights and animal rights, both on a local and a global scale. Having recently completed my masters in Science Media Production, I am proficient at researching and developing ideas for television. Coursework involved creating our own documentaries that I was required to plan and produce entirely by myself starting from development to the post-production stage. Even from a young age I have watched various documentaries and tv programmes which greatly influenced me as a person and inspired me to go into production. Prior to my masters in Science Media Production, I had a done my undergraduate degree in Genetics providing me with a strong scientific background. I am very hardworking and inquisitive, always pushing myself to learn more about the television industry. I am enthusiastic, approachable and I am capable of working independently and as part of a team. With every project I work on I know I will work to my best ability to finish all work to an excellent standard for the set deadlines. Read Less
