The BBC recording of Black Roses for BBC Radio 4. It went on to win BBC Radio Best Speech Programme of 2011 and was short-listed for the 2011 Ted Hughes Award. In 2012, Black Roses opened as a stage play at Manchester's Royal Exchange Theatre and has since been produced as a BBC film, directed by Sue Roberts. Sound recording by Denise Else.
