I have a range of credits in feature films, TV, broadcast, short film and branded and online / socail content. I specialise in nature, observational documentary, factual TV but have experience of game shows, entertainment , news programming and am a multi award winning independent filmmaker. I have a proven track record of working with, supporting and gaining access to contributors and institutions. I have worked extensively with with talent, in nature, with children and vulnerable contributors and I have received various degrees of training in this. I have worked with a range of high level talent. I am an experienced shooter for broadcast mainly for obs doc, non-scripted, factual entertainment, BTS and social content. Technically, I can shoot on a range of cameras including a Sony FS7 , FS5, A7S, Sony PMW 300, Canon C300 & 5D, Go Pro and I own my own self shooting kit. (Sony AS7ii, range of lenses, sound recording equipment). Proficient editor and work to very tight deadlines, I can edit for film, broadcast, online and branded content. I edit on Premiere, and use Photoshop, Lightroom and I am learning After Effects. My strengths are gaining, maintaining and strengthening relationships between cast and crews. I direct VT's, script, schedule, budget, have set up shoots internationally and have strong experience on location and in studio environments. I have very competent research skills and experience in script writing, pitching and developing materials for commissioners. I was a Producer and Content Creator for a range of organisations and have recently set up a charity that supports getting young diverse creatives into the creative, tv and film industry. My roles outside of TV have helped me to become competent at project ideation and management, schedules, budgets and developing marketing and socials strategy as well as developing company policy and funding bids. My latest work is in competition at the BFI London film festival. I produced and directed a short documentary which has won Best Documentary at the London International Short Film Festival and second place in the Manhattan International Film Festival in New York.
