I am an extremely organised and efficient producer. I have demonstrated this by leading teams on a range of factual and factual entertainment series, including debuting formats, where I have established protocols and succeeded in meeting targets within schedule and budget.With edit producing credits on factual entertainment and current affairs formatted programming, I have worked on quick turnaround edits. I have completed NTFS Scotland Edit Producing course and Avid for Edit Producers courses run by Jo Woolf.Having worked extensively in casting, booking and liaising with on screen talent and contributors, I have overseen casting teams that have cast upwards of 60 people. I feel strongly about improving representation on screen. On my latest casting role ¼ of contributors are non-white, in every other episode people with disabilities feature and 50% of judges are Black or Asian new talent.As a director I have scripted and directed high profile talent such as Phil Spencer and Angela Rippon, as well as child contributors.I have a producer job share partner.
